Our journey together

  • Step 1 - The Opening Scene

    Once you enquire, we’ll have a chat about you, your plans and what you’re imagining.

    No hard sell. No wedding-industry script.

    Just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

    Ready to go? Your date is secured with your booking and deposit.

  • Step 2 - The Storybook

    Once you’re booked, I’ll send you The Storybook — my couples’ questionnaire designed to uncover the good stuff.

    The meet-cute. The milestones. The near misses. The tiny details.

    Everything I need to understand the people behind the story.

    Then I start writing.

  • Step 3 - The Writers Room

    With your Storybook answers in hand, I start shaping the ceremony.

    The structure. The flow. The entrances. The vows. The rings. The readings. The music. The unexpected bits.

    And, at the heart of it all, The Novella.

    Everything is collaborative. We refine, tweak and fine-tune until it feels completely, unmistakably yours.

  • Step 4 - The First Look

    A couple of months before the wedding, you’ll receive your Ceremony draft and The Novella.

    You get to read it, sit with it and tell me what you think.

    Then we polish.

    No surprises. Just a ceremony that feels right.

  • Step 5 – The Final Cut

    As the day gets closer, we bring everything together.

    We’ll finalise the running order, timings and all the little details that make the ceremony flow.

    You’ll receive your Manuscript — the complete ceremony, including the spoken words, vows, readings, stage directions and final Novella.

  • Step 6 - The Big Day

    Then comes the good bit.

    You show up.

    Take a breath.

    Look at each other.

    And soak it all in.

    I’ll arrive early, check everything, liaise with the relevant suppliers and make sure the ceremony is ready to go.

    You get married.
I’ll take care of the rest.
