Questions answered
What is a Celebrant?
A celebrant creates a ceremony that’s entirely personal to you.
No templates. No generic scripts. Just a ceremony that feels unmistakably yours.
Are Celebrant led Wedding ceremonies legally binding?
Not in England and Wales (yet!).
Most couples complete the legal paperwork separately at a register office, then have a celebrant-led ceremony with complete freedom.
In Scotland and Northern Ireland, Humanist Celebrants can legally marry couples.
The legal ceremony makes it official.
The celebrant ceremony makes it unforgettable.
Why choose a Celebrant?
Because your ceremony deserves more than a generic script.
It deserves your story.
Your people.
Your personality.
A ceremony that’s completely, unapologetically you.
How do we make it legal?
Simply book a short legal ceremony at your local register office.
Then save the vows, rings, music, laughter and everything that matters for your celebrant ceremony.
Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely.
I encourage you to create whatever feels natural, personal and completely your own.
Can family and friends be involved?
Of course.
Readings, surprise speeches, or something completely unique. We’ll create a ceremony that celebrates the people who matter most.
How far do you travel?
I’m based in South Wales but my passport is always ready, suitcase always half-packed. I’ll go wherever love takes us.
Are you insured?
Yes I am. I have public & product liability insurance.
How much does it cost?
Every ceremony is bespoke.
