How I work
Every unforgettable ceremony I create begins with a conversation.
Where I’m able to really get to know you as a couple.
Because before I can write your story, I need to understand the people living it.
Once you’re booked, I’ll send you my The Storybook (my Couples questionnaire), a thoughtfully designed collection of questions that helps me uncover everything from your meet-cute and milestones to the little details that make your relationship unmistakably yours.
Then the real work begins.
I take everything you’ve shared and begin crafting a ceremony that’s completely bespoke. We shape the structure together, refine the details, and collaborate every step of the way until it feels exactly right.
At the heart of every ceremony is something I call The Novella, a cinematic retelling of your story, written entirely for the two of you.
Before your wedding day, we can meet for an optional rehearsal so everyone knows where they need to be and what to expect.
Then, when the day arrives…
You simply show up, take a deep breath, and soak it all in.

Step 1 - The Opening Scene
After your enquiry, I’ll send over my investment brochure. Then we’ll meet on a video call and dive into your wedding dreams. This is where your bespoke wedding ceremony begins.

Step 2 - Locking in your date
Once you’re ready, I’ll send the booking details and contract. With your deposit, your wedding date is secured and the storytelling begins

Step 3 - Storyboarding your Ceremony
Six months out, you’ll get THE STORYBOOK. A questionnaire , that helps me create:
CEREMONY STRUCTURE — The blueprint & flow: entrances, vows, rings, readings, music, and wow moments.
THE NOVELLA — The beating heart of your ceremony, where your love story takes centre stage for all to experience.

Step 4 - The writers room
Coffee brewing, vinyl spinning, I craft your ceremony with heart, humour, and energy. Your story becomes a living, breathing, personalised wedding ceremony.

Step 5 – The first look
Two months before the big day, I send drafts of your CEREMONY STRUCTURE and NOVELLA. Everything is collaborative — we tweak, polish, and fine-tune until it’s perfectly you.

Step 6 - Logistics
The details come together.
One month out, we meet (in person or via video call) to finalise your Running Order of the CEREMONY STRUCTURE and bring every detail together.
You’ll also receive the MANUSCRIPT — the complete works of your ceremony, including every spoken word, stage direction, vows, ring exchange, and the final, edited NOVELLA.

Step 7 - Optional run through
Rehearse at your venue, walk the aisle, and make sure every storytelling moment feels effortless.

Step 8 - Your big day
I arrive early, check everything, liaise with vendors. All that’s left…You two, standing side by side, ready to begin the best love story ever told, guided seamlessly through every word, moment, and emotion.
